We had a fantastic stay at the tuddenham mill. from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and our room was both spacious and cozy, with stunning views of the countryside. dinner at the restaurant was a highlight, featuring exquisite dishes that were beautifully presented and catered to dietary needs seamlessly. breakfast was equally good, ensuring we had a perfect start to our day. overall, the commitment to customer experience and quality made our visit nice.

The staff were friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety in pastries.

Spent New Year's here and the setting was just gorgeous! The views of the Suffolk countryside were fine, and the room was pretty comfy with some nice touches like complimentary goodies and a rain shower. Also loved being able to escape into nature with lovely walks nearby.
I was super disappointed with the dining situation. The restaurant was fully booked, and it felt unfair that guests didn’t get priority. Plus, I even had to deal with noisy neighbors singing at 5 AM—totally ruined my sleep! Wouldn’t rush back, honestly.

The room was great. They had thought of all the little touches such as a fan and an umbrella in the room. The food was also excellent.
The food!

The cozy vibe made for a lovely stay, but the bathroom appeared less clean.

Family-friendly hotel with excellent design. The rooms cosy and luxurious with a hot tub, lovely extras, as for instance. Unbeatable location in the pretty comfortable area, adjacent to the grounds, the restaurant, the meadows.

The location is fine! I loved the serene views and peaceful atmosphere by the river-perfect for a chill getaway. Our room had a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a huge rainfall shower.
The dining experience was a letdown. The menu was limited and overpriced for what we got—cardboard boxes, really? We had a few issues with the service, like wrong meals being served and slow responses. it just felt disappointing compared to what we expected, especially considering the price. Not sure I’d rush back!

The setting and food were excellent
Main light needed dusting and the radio should have been tuned in. Self or something to put your wash-bags on in the bathroom would have been handy. would have been nice to see chef in restaurant after service and staff whilst pleasant could do with more training.

The loft apartment was tastefully furnished and well appointed. The hotel ensured all our needs were met whilst maintaining our privacy. Room service from the hotel restaurant menu was efficient; the food was delicious (as was breakfast)
